WHO WE ARE
The She Can Initiative (SCI) is a non-profit organization established in March 2022, dedicated to empowering women and girls in Kakuma Refugee Camp. Governed by a passionate team of volunteers, SCI focuses on delivering skills training and educational programs to the most vulnerable, including women and girls with disabilities. Our work covers a range of areas including sexual and reproductive health, mental well-being, and child protection, aiming to foster an empowered and self-reliant community.
LET US MAKE A CHANGE TOGETHER.

Our goal is to sensitize every woman and girl in the refugee camp on the importance of observing their sexual and reproductive health, and to create a safe space that upholds and champions their rights and well-being.
