OUR PROGRAMS

Education

Sexual Reproductive Health: We train women and girls on essential aspects of sexual and reproductive health, helping them understand their bodies and rights. This program empowers them to make informed decisions and seeks to reduce unintended pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections prevalent in refugee settings.

Menstruation Health: Our sessions on menstrual hygiene educate women and girls on proper menstrual management. This program not only promotes health and hygiene but also aims to destigmatize menstruation within the community.

Gender-based Violence Awareness: We raise awareness about the different types of violence and the mechanisms available for reporting and seeking help. This program is critical in creating a community that supports survivors and works collectively to prevent violence.

Child Protection Programs

Providing Safe Spaces: We offer safe spaces like playgrounds where children can play and engage in after-school programs. This initiative supports the physical and mental well-being of children, providing them with a secure environment to grow and learn.

Rights Education for Children: Our program educates children about their rights and how to act if these rights are violated. This knowledge is vital for empowering children to speak up and seek help in adverse situations.

Livelihood Programs

Connecting to Open Market: This program identifies women and teenage mothers with talents and startup business ideas, linking them to potential clients. By fostering these connections, we help participants establish and grow their businesses.

Financial Management Training: After identifying participants, we provide training in financial management. Participants learn to manage their resources effectively and engage in saving programs like Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs), which enhance their economic resilience and independence.
