It’s really hard and touching when you see your fellow girls struggling with self esteem, knowledge about menstruation and sexy to the extent that they became pregnant in early years of being a teenager others even marrying. I thought it’s just great if I step up and help in any way I can so that girls can understand and learn to take care of themselves better.

Education for girls means success for the community Giving back to girls is very easy and it comes so naturally Having empowered girls who can be able to stand up for their rights and decide what the future is is key in changing the toxic community perceptions and values

I am passionate about helping girls in Kakuma because they need care, support and guidance. I also wish to be part of making them great women in the society.

When girls are empowered, they are more likely to be able to make their own decisions, pursue their own goals, and achieve their full potential. This is not only good for the girls themselves, but it also has a positive impact on their families, communities, and nations. By investing in girls’ education and providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed, we can create a more just and equitable world for all people.
